It will take place just after the end of the BAAL annual conference at the University of Leeds, on Saturday 2 September, 1pm – 3.30pm, in Baines Wing SR (2.08). Our plenary speaker will be Professor Bernadette O’Rourke from Heriot-Watt University, Deputy Director of the Intercultural Research Centre (IRC) http://irc.hw.ac.uk/ and Chair of EU COST Action IS1306 New Speakers in a Multilingual Europe: Opportunities and Challenges: http://www.cost.eu/domains_actions/isch/Actions/IS1306.
